The defective device has been replaced and connectivity has been restored.
Affected customers will be informed via mail.

The cause is a defective switch in rack J18. Affected are only customer in the corresponding rack.
The replacement of the defective device is already in progress.
We will inform affected customers directly via mail after work is completed.
