We are currently experiencing degraded service availability for NKE files volumes. New pods are currently unable to mount volumes. We are working on resolving the issue.

The root cause has been identified and a fix has been applied. It might take a while until all pending pods are available again.

All pending mounts have succeeded and all new pods are able to use files volumes again.

After a hardware issue we need to reboot the second switch in the Colozueri 4.1 Rack K15. All servers in that rack are connected to two switches and we do not expect any impact for our customers.

The reboot did not change the situation. Still no impact for our customers but we will work on recovering the defective hardware.
